for Opto-Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Systems, Packaging and Software

Job Description:
This manager will work with a highly talented multi-discipline teams in the development and support of a variety of technologies including celestial navigation systems and radar systems millimeter wave and non-conventional imaging systems. He or she will be expected to provide day to day supervision of the engineering teams and provide the technical direction where necessary.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate has a strong math and physics background and multi-discipline engineering experience. He or she has managed developments in a variety of disciplines and works well with teams of talented individuals. A demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and conditions is imperative. Overall technical competence across disciplines is a necessity.

Requirements:
MS in engineering, computer science or the physical sciences or the equivalent work experience.

Work Experience:
5-10 years of Engineering
5 years management/product development
